  • pasteurized cow milk, pasteurized sheep milk, pasteurized goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet
  • cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible soft and wrinkled rind

    Il mio formaggio preferito! Molto gustoso, leggerissimo e di facile digeribilità, è ottimo in tutte le occasioni, e si esalta ancor di più se accompagnato ad una composta o salsina per formaggi non troppo forte, personalmente io di solito ne uso una alla cipolla e pepe nero che si sposa alla perfezione. Una volta provata la Robola La Tur non ne potrete fare a meno!

    We have purchased the soft ripened La Tur at Ralphs last week. Have to say, this cheese is one of the best we’ve had. If cheese is on your menu at home daily, i would recommend you try it. Very balanced, with rich mix of flavors and textures.
