Camembert dell’Alta Langa has a considerable scents and aromatic complexity, due to a careful mix of three different milks and a patient aging process. In the mouth sensations of milk, hay and straw with a light animal note

  • soft ripened cheese
  • pasteurized cow milk, pasteurized goat milk, pasteurized sheep milk, ferments, salt, rennet
  • cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible tender and wrinkled rind
  • weight about 260 g (9 oz)
